Trash the dress is a photographic concept originating from the United States,

The idea being, “You are no longer going to wear the dress so why store it away in a cupboard for years?” Its also a chance for the Bride to make a statement to her husband that she is committed to him.

A “Trash the dress” photo session is really a chance to get a bit artistic with photography; it’s completely different from your wedding day because you can really let your hair down and have fun.
This event would normally take place AFTER your wedding :-)

"From here to eternity" Where Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr are kissing in the surf on the beach.

"The Quiet Man" Where John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara are kissing in the rain in the ruins of a castle.

These are just a couple of ideas to inspire you into thinking what you would like for your own wedding.

Weather and Location permitting, there is no limit to what we can do.
The "Trash the dress" session would normally last about one to two hours depending on factors such as weather, location and progression.

E Session
Or Engagement session. This event would normally take place about 2 to 4 weeks before your wedding.

A photographic session where we would get together and shoot in a relaxed environment at your favorite location, I.E at the beach or a park etc.

The great thing about these E Sessions is you can get to know the photographer better, prior to your wedding, this makes you feel more relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, come the actual wedding day.

You can wear your casual clothes and just be natural while I photograph you enjoying the day.
The E Session photos can go into your wedding album or be presented in a slide show at your reception along with your wedding photos.
